West View Portland Interscholastic League at Grant Park

In the PIL, which has teams in both 6A & 5A, the runners ran together and two teams qualified for State in spite of the fact that there were only two complete teams. Now isn't that fare to other leagues? Ian Burgess of Franklin was the top overall male finisher, while Claire Hagler of Lincoln led the girls.
