We'd like to let everyone know that Coach Keinan Briggs will now be answering questions on the Triple Jump in the Ask a Coach section of the site. Keinan will also be posting up a new video tip each week.

About Keinan: Born in Southern California Keinan Briggs was introduced to track his freshman year of high school. Keinan excelled in the sport of track and field winning numerous awards throughout his high school career. Keinan competed at the junior college level continuing his winning ways and advancing his technical ability.  Keinan earn a scholarship to Cal State Los Angeles where he continued his successful track career catapulting him into a professional career as a track athlete. Keinan continued his hard work which helped him reach national recognition. Keinan is not done; his dream is to become the most successful triple jumper of all-time. Keinan is on a mission to make all his goals come true.

Keinan has been training youth athletes since 2007 and has help develop many elite athletes on all levels. Aside from private coaching he has been the head jumps coach at Mater Dei high school in Santa Ana, CA since 2012. In a short 2 year career as coach he has helped send several athletes to compete in college at UCLA, Oklahoma State, San Francisco State, UCI, and Laverne University just to name a handful.
