Getting it done at the Capital 10K.

Riley Nedrow is seeded #1 in both the 1500 meter and the 3000 meter run going into the AAU Junior Olympic Games next week in Houston Texas.  His time for the 1500m is 4:51.34 but there are some other fast 11 year olds with close times. Rhamon Dancy  the #2 seed has a 4:51.60, #3 Caleb Hymans from Fairfax Poli's seed is  4:52.18, and #4 Reese Vannerson from High Velocity is 4:54.54.

In the 3000 Riley's time coming in is 10:04.54. Caleb Hymans is also running the 3000m but he will have to pick it up on race day if he expects to stay up with Riley with his #2 seed of 10:21.19. Akshay Vadul from Elite Runner has a #3 seed of 10:32.92, and Reese Vannerson is #4 again 10:54.46.
