EL DORADO-Three Augusta middle school runners placed in the top 10 of their races to earn all-Pioneer League honors at the league meet in El Dorado.

Matt Canedy finished in second place with a time of 6 minutes, 6.76 seconds in the 7th-grade race. Winfield’s Aryn Setzkorn (5:48.50) had a faster time. Josh Reichardt placed 20th with a time of 6:58.53 for the Bluejays.
Katelyn Hollinger finished in eighth place with a time of 11:13.62 in the 8th-grade girls race. Winfield’s Hannah Wingett won the race (9:28.31). Payton Nusz took 14th with a time of 11:51.91 for the Bluejays.
In the 8th-grade boys race, Jacob Hall took eighth place with a time of 9:10.00 for Augusta. Winfield’s Riley Osen won the race with a time of 8:40.18.
In the 7th-grade girls race, Augusta’s Taylor Hinnenkamp narrowly missed earning all-league honors. She finished in 11th place with a time of 7:07.78. Mulvane’s Chandler Williams took 10th place with a time of 7:03.94.
El Dorado’s Jolie Howland won the race with a time of 6:17.19.
