HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED IN TRACK: "When I was younger, I loved being around my sister (Zainab), and she was deeply involved with the sport so I wanted to copy her so I decided to give it a try."
GREATEST STRENGTH AS A SPRINTER: "My greatest strength would have to be my quick turnover."
BREAKTHROUGH MOMENT IN TRACK: "Winning the 2012 Meet of the Champions in the 55 dash."
FUNNIEST THING THAT'S HAPPENED AT A MEET: "One of my first track meets when I was younger, I was running and my shoe fell off. Instead of continuing the race I went back to get it and it fell off another 5 times."
GOALS FOR THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SEASONS: "I want to set a new personal record in the 55 dash and hopefully break the 7.0 barrier. For the outdoor season, I would love to run under 12.0 in the 100 dash and a low 24 in the 200."
