How low can she go?

That's an intriguing question when it comes to Dynasty McGee, who will be a

state-title favorite next spring in her freshman season at Grand Blanc High.

McGee won the youth (14-under) division 400-meter dash in a personal-best

54.82 at the AAU Junior Olympics in Knoxville, Tenn., on Saturday. The time

is faster than any high school runner in the state posted this year.

According to the michtrack.org, only seven high school runners in state

history have run better 400 times. No Flint-area prep runner has posted a

better 400 time, according to the site.

McGee also won the triple jump (36 feet, 1 inch).
