Along with running, music is an important part of my life. For me, it’s an invaluable tool for workouts. I thought I’d share some of the songs that I’m currently working out to. My favorite song from this playlist is “I Lived” by One Republic. It’s empowering and upbeat, with a message to make the most of every day and persevere through pain- a message that resonates through running and life.
