Start Time: 8:00 a.m.; Saturday, April 30th
Where
Packet Pick-Up:
Packet Pick-Up: 5K participants can pick up their packet on Friday at the Health & Fitness Expo or on Saturday morning from 6:45-7:45 a.m. at 4th & Mill.
Other Details:
All participants receive a short sleeve cotton t-shirt, green goodie bag and finish line refreshments. The 5K is a timed event using IPICO timing technology. You must have your timing tag tied properly on your shoe to receive results.
2011 5K Course Description
The 5K race starts in downtown Eugene on 4th Ave & High St. and heads west on 4th Avenue. The course turns right on Lincoln Street and runs to Cheshire Avenue, taking runners around beautiful Skinner Butte Park. 5Kers then head down to the bike path along the Willamette River, turning left on Washington St. Their final ½ mile is down Shelton McMurphy Blvd to a fun finish in front of EWEB.
